Service Description

Pay as you go for private one-hour coaching sessions with a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach trained in Functional Nutrition, Lifestyle Medicine: Food as Medicine, Brain Health, and Gluten-free gut restoration and lifestyle. I am able to partner with your medical team to help you A) increase your likelihood of reaching health and wellness goals and to B) obtain letter of medical necessity to submit with your claim to your health insurance company for possible coverage/reimbursement (not guaranteed).

Cancellation Policy

Please provide 48 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling appointments. No shows will result in the billing of a one hour session fee. Less than 48 hours notice will result in 50% of the one hour session fee; extenuating circumstances withstanding.
