Service Description

90 minute private virtual session designed to help you identify health and wellness concerns, set health goals, and create a wellness plan that sets you up for health transformation. Includes: detailed health history - looking for root causes - action plan, timeline, accountability coaching and 2 weeks text and email support.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide 48 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling appointments. No shows will result in the billing of a one hour session fee. Less than 48 hours notice will result in 50% of the one hour session fee; extenuating circumstances withstanding.
