  • Education on Gluten-related disorders, what gluten is doing in your body and to your mind, how gluten affects all autoimmune diseases, how to eat a gluten-free diet the right way, hidden sources of gluten, who needs to ditch gluten-based products (skincare, haircare, oral care, etc.), how to setup your kitchen and food storage, how to prepare meals at home and prepare for meals away from home, how to navigate gluten-free food labels - which ones to stay away from, why you are craving gluten and how to crush those cravings, and so much more!

  • 8 one hour group sessions, every Tuesday and Thursday in January, 7 pm EST

  • a final week for one-on-one support, sharing wins, celebrations, cooking demo
