WHAT IS GROUNDING AND WHY SHOULD YOU BE DOING IT?

Also known as earthing, grounding is a therapeutic technique that involves getting barefoot on the ground in nature to electrically reconnect you to the earth.


Grounding has been found to benefit your mind, body, and spirit. It is a process of absorbing the earths free flowing electrons from the ground through the soles of your feet. – Your body's electrical system's conductivity gains a charge from the energy force within the earth's surface.

Many of us living in the world today find ourselves moving from home, to work, to shops, to venues... But how often are we taking time out to just be one with nature? Getting outside and spending time on the earth, barefoot and fancy free, this is something many of us enjoyed as children... running around and playing, not thinking about life, but just living it in all its glory with our tiny feet dug deep into the grass, the dirt, the sand, the waves.
